Although it seems ‘so last month’ now I just wanted to finalise with one last thank you orf a job very well executed. I know it is your role to make these events happen but I still believe feedback is important. You were delightful on each of our meetings....you particularly handled my mother with aplomb.....and your follow-up each time was prompt, clear and efficient, relieving stress this end and allowing for progress in arrangements. Thank you for organising the account email and hard copy too.
