The reception for the marriage of our daughter Shelley to Luke Hernage was held on....

Saturday night. Phillip & I were really please with every aspect of the event with particular thanks to Kimberley, then staff on the night, and Kerrie who were excellent. We had a delicious meal, our compliments to the chef. All the small details which can add to or detract from a special occasion were encouraged and supported. It was a terrific night. Thank you

Although it seems ‘so last month’ now I just wanted to finalise with one last than you for

a job very well executed.  I know it is your role to make these events happen but I still believe feedback is important. You were delightful on each of our meetings....you particularly handled my mother with aplomb.....and your follow-up each time was prompt, clear and efficient, relieving  stress this end and allowing for progress in arrangements. Thank you for organising the account email and hard copy too.  Mother is taking a more relaxed view and has ‘moved on’ a little so we can let the hard copy go I think thank you. James was very pleased with his evening too.

I would like to sincerely acknowledge the exceptional customer service offered by Justine

and Robert on the night in question: for their diligence, patience and professionalism. Although the original booking was made for outside the restaurant on the terrace, the wet weather plan proved to be the best option. As a result of the change in venue, they re-set tables, organised the bistro and register facilities and responded to my every need. The food was excellent and Justine and Robert both ensured that I enjoyed the night. The night proved to be very successful, in fact some of our guests wouldn’t leave to venue. We often stay at the Ramada Hotel and Suites when in Ballina, visiting family and we will continue to return. I have no hesitation in recommending Justine and Robert to others, to ensure a successful event. It is not often that I provide positive feedback, so thanks guys, you were great….

You made my planning of the night very easy and I had confidence in knowing that you were 'on the ball'. The food was delicious and excellent value for money - without exception everyone commented on this. I've been to The Point many times for drinks, dinner, breakfast and coffee, but last night was far and away the best experience I have had.
